Description
FENTENGAS220 is an efficient internal anti - stick agent. Suitable for water soluble resin series. It is better to use in combination with acrylic acid, trimeramine glue, pan cavity and uremic resin. Even under special conditions (high temperature, high pressure, high humidity), the AS220 can achieve good anti-stick effect for impregnated paper. It also reduces static electricity.
Dosage
Avoid adhesion of impregnated paper and reduce embrittlement of impregnated paper,The recommended dose is 0.1-0.2% (by weight of total resin). The user can determine the best quantity ii through actual production test.
Note:
Anti-adhesive agent FENTENG AS220 should be added after other additives in the first stage coater.
