Description:
FENTENG RP108 is a low cost external plasticiser additive for UF, MF and PF resins used to impregnate laminating papers.
FENTENGRP108 is an external resin leveling accelerator. The main feature: it can maintain the fluidity and flexibility of the resin under the conditions of heat and pressure. Suitable for the processing of various types of decorative paper such as high-pressure fireproof boards, low-pressure laminate flooring or low-pressure furniture boards
FENTENGRP108 has high-efficiency flexibility and is suitable for the curved surface forming of high-pressure fireproof panels and the V-shaped or curved surface of door panels.
In addition: with the use of internal plasticizers, it can better prevent stains and improve brightness.
Applications:
The recommended dosage of this additive is 1%-3% by weight of the liquid resin, and the actual dosage depends on the brightness of the decorative paper and the pressing process.
