Product Describtion
FENTENG CT0013D is a High latent curing agent, usually added to urea formaldehyde (UF) resin. It has high latency and is mainly used for low-pressure impregnated paper making.
CT0013D is an upgraded version of CT0013, with higher latency and higher curability. It can cure commonly used urea-formaldehyde resins, whether it is a low-formaldehyde formula (molar ratio <1:1.4) or a common formula (molar ratio <1:2.0), it can provide suitable curing performance.
The product is used in the production of low-pressure melamine board impregnated paper, high-pressure fireproof board impregnated paper, phenolic resin template impregnated paper, particle board and medium density fiberboard and other decorative boards.
Applications
1.The best dosage of release agent is 0.2-0.4% resin
2.The degree of reaction depends on the PH value and reactivity of the resin. The boiling water curing time of the resin ranges from 8.5-10 minutes.
3.The curing agent should be added last after adding other kinds of additives
*Note: the curing agent should be added at last, after other additives. the curing time should be tested. Only after the curing time reaches the qualified value, can it be poured into the glue tank.
