Product Describtion
FENTENG FW0041 is a cost-effective low-foam penetrant composed of a variety of surfactants, usually used in water-soluble resins such as urea-formaldehyde resins, melamine-formaldehyde resins, modified amino resins and so on.
FENTENG FW0041 can reduce the surface tension of the resin, so that the resin can fully wet and fill the voids of the paper fibers. Make the surface of the resin smooth and the amount of glue applied evenly. It is especially effective for metal powder paper, black paper, dark paper, high-gram paper, etc.,
Applications
The recommended dosage is 0.2% of the weight of the resin. If the permeability of the plain paper is poor or the sizing ability is insufficient, it is recommended to increase to 0.3% of the weight of the resin.
