Description:

FENTENG FW0033 Fis a kind of high performance penetrating agent composed of various surfactants. It can be used in urea formaldehyde(UF) resin, melamine formaldehyde(MF) resin, modified amino resin and other water-soluble resins.

wetting agents already reduce the surface tension of resin solutions at very low dosage levels. Thus, the resin penetration into the impregnated paper is improved, more consistent, & a smooth and even surface film is produced.

In combination with FENTENG-catalysts, elease agents and an eventually modified resin a perfectly closed laminate-surface with high gloss can be created.

wetting agents are environmentally friendly, low foaming, transparent liquids, which do not disintegrate during normal laminating temperatures. Color variations and surface blemishes will not occur during lamination.

Good penetrating effect, with little foam in the production. It can reduce the surface tension of the resin, to fully wet and fill the gaps between the paper fibers, further to offer smooth surface, uniform amount of glue, more brightness after drying.

For all kinds of metal powder paper, black paper, dark plain paper and heavy overlay paper, whose penetrating is harder, the effect is more obvious.

Applications:

Usually 0.1-0.2% weight of liquid resin is added. If the penetration of paper is poor or the gluing is insufficient, the maximum can reach 0.4%.

the penetrating agent should be added before the curing agent, and then the curing time should be tested.
