Description:
FENTENG FW0033 is a kind of high performance penetrating agent composed of various surfactants. It can be used in urea formaldehyde(UF) resin, melamine formaldehyde(MF) resin, modified amino resin and other water-soluble resins.
Impregnated paper in the production process commonly used additives are curing agent, penetration agent, film release agent, anti-stick agent, dust-proof agent, defoaming agent, anti-static agent; For the production of impregnated paper liquid surface with spraying section, wear-resistant paste will also be used. Additive dosage is not large, but it plays an important role in the quality and production process of veneer paper and veneer panel.
It is an integral part of the production process. Through the application of these products, the production efficiency of products can be improved, the storage applicability of products can be widened, the comfort of production environment can be improved, and the difficulty of equipment maintenance can be reduced.
Applications:
Usually 0.1-0.2% weight of liquid resin is added. If the penetration of paper is poor or the gluing is insufficient, the maximum can reach 0.4%.

the penetrating agent should be added before the curing agent, and then the curing time should be tested.
