DS101 is a synthetic polymer dispersant, adding this product can make inorganic mineral pigment evenly dispersed.In the impregnated paper industry is usually used to make titanium dioxide suspension slurry.
The product is used in the production of decorative boards such as low-pressure melamine board impregnated paper, high-pressure fireproof board impregnated paper, phenolic resin template impregnated paper, particle board and medium density fiberboard.
Impregnated paper in the production process commonly used additives are curing agent, penetration agent, film release agent, anti-stick agent, dust-proof agent, defoaming agent, anti-static agent; For the production of impregnated paper liquid surface with spraying section, wear-resistant paste will also be used. PRODUCT APPLICATION
Under normal circumstances, according to the different dispersing pigments, the dosage ratio is: dispersant DS101: pigment=3:1 (generally, there is no need to add water, if you want to reduce the viscosity of the dispersion, you can add an appropriate amount of water according to the actual production needs)
