Description:
1.CT0320 is a MF curing agent with wide resin applicability and good latency (latency is no curing at low temperature, fast curing at high temperature)
2.In the low-formaldehyde formula and rapid pressing process formula, CT0320 can provide better latency.
3.Stronger latency, no curing at lower temperature, rapid curing at high temperature. Using this product can make the resin flow better under pressure and cure more uniformly.
4. With the plasticizer RP107, it can improve the film-forming properties of the resin and improve the pollution resistance. .
5.Improve the clarity of decorative wood grain
6.Extend the active period of the MF resin stored at room temperature.
Applications:
Added to the system with 0.2-0.4% weight of liquid resin, gel time is 4-8 minutes at 100℃water bath.
The amount of curing agent varies with the reactivity and the pH value of the resin. Before used, appropriate curing time should be determined according to the type of impregnated paper, and the accurate dosage of curing agent should be determined by lab testing.
It is suggested to be used for impregnated paper with long-time transportation and long storage time.
*Note:
the curing agent should be added at last, after other additives. the curing time should be tested. Only after the curing time reaches the qualified value, can it be poured into the glue tank.
Leak handling
This product is a non-flammable and explosive industrial grade chemical product and cannot be used in any food and medicine.
When the product leaks, it is recommended that the operator wear a dust mask, wear a gas-proof suit, and do not touch the leaked material. When a small amount of leakage occurs, rinse and dilute with a large amount of water. When a large amount of leakage occurs, it should be covered with plastic sheet, and then collected and recycled.

Storage
can be stored at 25 ℃ for one year in a closed container. at higher temperature, the storage period decreases slightly. It may coagulate at low temperature, but its effect will not be affected after thawing.
