FENTENG AW45 is a water-based anti-wear agent synthesized by special aluminum oxide and specific additives

AW45-wear-resistant agent is a highly efficient dispersive & anti-wear agent specially developed for the impregnation process of high-pressure/low-pressure decorative paper. Due to its very strong fusion, it can be uniformly dispersed in the melamine formaldehyde resin, specific particles of AL₂O_3. It can enhance the hardness of the impregnated paper surface.

The dosage:

1. The best dosage of anti-wear agent is 6%-8% of the the melamine formaldehyde resin,The specific amount shall be adjusted by the customer according to the decorative panel pressing and pasting process, increasing the amount is conducive to rapid plate production.

2. It is recommended to start adding 6% by weight of melamine formaldehyde resin.

3.This product is usually added to the second stage coater in the impregnated paper process.

4.This product has a certain amount of AL₂O_3. precipitates, and the AW45 must be stirred evenly with a mixer before use.

• Should avoid stored in extremely high temperature. Store in the extremely high temperature for a long time without the sealed lip, the water may evaporate slowly and cause the product concentration increase, in the condition of contacting strong oxide may cause burning, fire and fume.

Suitable container

• Container made of polyethylene or polypropylene.
• Pack according to method recommended by manufacturer.
• Check all containers to ensure clearly remarked and without leakage.

Condition to avoid

Avoid contact with strong acid. Avoid react with strong oxide

Storage precaution

• Store in original container.
• Keep container sealed.
• Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
• Keep away stored forbidden materials and food containers.
• Prevent the container to get physical damage, and check the leakage situation periodically.
• Follow the suggestion on storage of handling given by manufacturer.

Storage and transportation: keep the container well sealed. Keep the container in a ventilated lace. Store in a cool, dry area with protective facility.
