Product Describtion
Fenteng AS220 is an additive used in furniture decorative paper to prevent paper sticking together, produced by nano-dispersing technology, which can effectively reduce the adhesion between paper.
Product Performance
Urea formaldehyde(UF)resin is usually used when impregnating paper. The water absorption of UF resin is much higher than that of melamine formaldehyde(MF) resin, leading to adhesion between papers, especially in humid climate or under pressure. AS200 will immigrate to the surface of UF resin, preventing UF resin from seeping to the surface of melamine resin, thus reducing adhesion.
Product Application
It is usually 0.2-0.3% of the weight of UF resin. also can be added to MF resin with 0.1-0.2%.
*Note: anti-adhesive agent should be added after other additives
The products are used in the production of low pressure melamine board impregnated paper, high pressure fire-proof board impregnated paper, phenolic resin template impregnated paper, particleboard and medium density fibreboard and other decorative board

In order to enhance resin penetration and maintain moderate cost, a certain amount of urea-formaldehyde resin is usually used.
Urea formaldehyde resin water absorption performance is much higher than melamine resin, but easy to occur between the paper adhesion, especially when the paper is in a humid climate or under heavy pressure, at this time if use our anti-adhesion agent AS200, can avoid the phenomenon.
Because in the drying process, AS220 will migrate to the surface of urea-formaldehyde resin, prevent urea-formaldehyde resin from penetrating into the surface of melamine resin, thereby reducing the possibility of urea-formaldehyde resin water absorption and resulting in adhesion.
In liquid resin added about 0.3 - 0.7% of CT0233 reaction depends on the PH value of the resin and reactivity, boiling water of the resin curing time range is 8.5-10 minutes.
