FENTENG AW20 is a functional additive, mainly used to improve the scratch resistance and wear resistance of the plate surface.This modified, fine, special corundum is processed with resincompatible dispersing technology into a stable and easy-to-dose slurry. Thanks to the special selection of raw materials and the high active content, low quantities from 0.8 – 1% are sufficient to achieve excellent scuff resistance without any appreciable press plate wear.

Application:
With AW 20 it is possible to add scuff resistance to finish foils. It is simply added as a solid to the lacquer (approx. 0.5 g/m2)
