Product Describtion
Fenteng MR0306 is an efficient dust remover, which can make the paper smooth and bright. It is suitable for waterborne amino resin (urea formaldehyde(UF) resin / melamine formaldehyde(MF) resin) and waterborne / solventborne phenolic resin.
Product Performance
MR0306 can be used in low pressure impregnated paper and high pressure fireproof paperboard, providing smooth, delicate, bright paper surface, and improving the softness of the paper.
It can inhibit the excessive aging of resin and reduce the dust, so the loss of resin is reduced, the cost is reduced, and the environment and the health of the workers are also protected.
Product Application
Generally, the dosage is 0.1-0.3% weight of the second stage liquid resin, and the maximum 0.5%. in order to achieve better dedusting and brightening effect. It is suggested that the minimum dosage should be determined from 0.15%.
*The products are used in the production of low pressure melamine board impregnated paper, high pressure fire-proof board impregnated paper, phenolic resin template impregnated paper, particleboard and medium density fibreboard and other decorative board
