Product Describtion
FENTENG FW0033 is a kind of high performance penetrating agent composed of various surfactants. It can be used in urea formaldehyde(UF) resin, melamine formaldehyde(MF) resin, modified amino resin and other water-soluble resins.
Product Performance
Good penetrating effect, with little foam in the production. It can reduce the surface tension of the resin, to fully wet and fill the gaps between the paper fibers, further to offer smooth surface, uniform amount of glue, more brightness after drying.
For all kinds of metal powder paper, black paper, dark plain paper and heavy overlay paper, whose penetrating is harder, the effect is more obvious.
Product Application
Usually 0.1-0.2% weight of liquid resin is added. If the penetration of paper is poor or the gluing is insufficient, the maximum can reach 0.4%.
The products are used in the production of low pressure melamine board impregnated paper, high pressure fire-proof board impregnated paper, phenolic resin template impregnated paper, particleboard and medium density fibreboard and other decorative board

It is a highly effective permeating agent composed of a variety of surfactants, and produces very little foam in the production process. It can reduce the surface tension of the resin, so that the water-based resin can fully wet and fill the gap between the paper fiber, so that the surface of the impregnated paper is smooth, the amount of glue is even, and after drying, it has more luster.
It has excellent effect on various metal powder paper, black paper, dark plain paper and high weight surface paper.
Can be used in urea - formaldehyde resin and melamine - formaldehyde resin, as well as modified amino resin and other water-soluble resin. Usually in 0.1 - 0.2% on weight of liquid resin content, if the base paper permeability poor or gluing ability is insufficient, and largest amount to 0.4%.
Note: wetting agent should add before curing agent, and then test the curing time.
Is a superior high concentrated no foaming wetting agent for all type of amino resins. It enables to strongly drop the resin surface tension with consequent both high wettability and flow promotion.
