Fenteng AD215 can avoid the formation of dust on the surface of impregnated veneer paper.
Product Performance
During the production of impregnated veneer paper, the melamine resin is baked by hot air, the moisture evaporates rapidly, and the bubbles of the resin are squeezed and burst to form dust, resulting in waste of raw materials and deterioration of the production environment.
Fenteng AD215 can avoid the generation of dust. Adding this product when preparing melamine-formaldehyde resin and urea-formaldehyde resin can effectively suppress foaming. It can be used with wetting agent FW0042 and releasing agent MR905 to keep the resin clear during the production process. Also, the stain resistance of the impregnated paper can be improved.
Product Application
Usually the dosage is 0.1～ 0.3% of the total feeding mass.The specific amount should be determined by the practical use. Ask for formula from the sales staff before use.
The products are used in the production of low pressure melamine board impregnated paper, high pressure fire-proof board impregnated paper, phenolic resin template impregnated paper, particleboard and medium density fibreboard and other decorative board.
