BunnyTube10ML Body Fluids Cell Free DNA BCT for Next Generation Sequencing (CE Certified) uses EDTA anticoagulant and special protective agents to stably preserve cell-free DNA in blood for up to 14 days at 6-35°C. Preserved blood samples can be used to most commercial kits for cfDNA extraction to meet the needs of research and in-vitro diagnostic applications.

The blood samples were collected into 3 brands of preservation tubes, and samples were compared for hemolysis and cfDNA yield after 0 days at room temp, 3 days at room temp (25℃), high temp (35℃) and low temp (4℃) transportation.
