The DNA Ladder was extracted using BunnyMag Circulating DNA Isolation Kit IVDR Cetified for Targeted Drug Prognosis 25 tests/50 tests, and the distribution of DNA Ladder fragments was detected by Agilent 2100. It was found that the fragment size and peak shape were basically the same before and after extraction, which proved the superior DNA recovery efficiency of this kit.
