CE Certified High-Sensitive dsDNA Quantification Kit for Next Generation Sequencing is a rapid, sensitive and accurate fluorescent quantitative assay for double-stranded DNA (dsDNA).

CE Certified High-Sensitive dsDNA Quantification Kit for Next Generation Sequencing uses a highly selective fluorescent dye to specifically bind the double-stranded DNA in the sample. the fluorescence value of the standard is detected using a fluorescence quantifier or an enzyme standardizer, and a standard curve is produced. The concentration of double-stranded DNA in the sample is then calculated by detecting the fluorescence value of the sample.

Methodology

UV absorption photometry:based on the intrinsic absorption properties of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) at 260 nm

Fluorescent assays:based on the use of fluorescent dyes that selectively bind DNA, RNA or proteins and emit a signal only when bound to the target

Using CE Certified High-Sensitive dsDNA Quantification Kit for Next Generation Sequencing and the ThermoFisher relevant kit, 10 dsDNA standards (Lambda DNA) at known concentrations were quantified using Qubit fluorometer and Elisa reader, respectively, and the results of the assay were equivalent to those of the reference standards and the competitor's equivalent products.
