Instructions for use
1. When the width of the sample hole during electrophoresis is less than 6mm, take 5μl of product each time for electrophoresis. If the sample hole is wider, the sample volume can be appropriately increased;
2. The recommended electrophoresis conditions are 2% agarose gel, the voltage is 4-10V/cm, and the electrophoresis bands are observed under UV conditions.
Precautions
1. The purity of Agarose has a great influence on the clarity of DNA bands. Please use high-quality Agarose for electrophoresis.
2. The concentration of agarose gel is closely related to the separation performance of DNA fragments. Please use a gel of appropriate concentration during electrophoresis.
3. Change the electrophoresis buffer in time and use a freshly prepared agarose gel so as not to affect the electrophoresis results.
4. When performing electrophoresis, thoroughly dissolve and mix to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and contamination.
