Based on Plant Leaf Direct PCR kit, dUTP is used instead of dTTP, and the UNG enzyme that can degrade the template containing dUTP is added. Part I of this kit should be stored at room temperature or 2-8℃.

vReagents Buffer P1, Buffer P2, 6×DNA Loading Buffer can be stored for 12 months under dry conditions; if needed to be stored for a longer time, the reagents can be stored at 2-8℃.

Part II of this kit should be stored at -20℃.

vReagents Buffer 2×Leaf PCR EasyTM Mix(UNG), if used frequently, can also be stored at 4℃ for short-term storage (use up within 10 days).
