Part I of this kit should be stored at room temperature or 2-8℃.

vReagents Buffer P1, Buffer P2, 6×DNA Loading Buffer can be stored for 12 months under dry conditions; if needed to be stored for a longer time, the reagents can be stored at 2-8℃.

Part II of this kit should be stored at -20℃.

vReagents Buffer 2×Leaf PCR Easy^TM Mix, if used frequently, can also be stored at 4℃ for short-term storage (use up within 10 days).
