Description:

Based on Plant Leaf Plus Direct PCR kit, dUTP is used instead of dTTP, and the UNG enzyme that can degrade the template containing dUTP is added. In this way, the specificity and accuracy of amplification are ensured, and the problem of PCR product contamination that may occur during large-scale genetic testing is prevented.

Part I of this kit should be stored at room temperature or 2-8℃.

vReagents Buffer PS1, Buffer P2, 6× DNA Loading Buffer can be stored for 12 months under dry conditions; if needed to be stored for a longer time, the reagents can be stored at 2-8℃.

Part II of this kit should be stored at -20℃.

vReagents Buffer PS2, 2× Leaf PCR EasyTM Mix (UNG), if used frequently, can also be stored at 4℃ for short-term storage (use up within 10 days).
