This product uses a unique lysis buffer system to lyse plant leaves. The lysate can be used as a template without purification. After adding the primers, the PCR Mix of this kit can be used for amplification.

Kit parameters:

Scope of application: mouse tail, mouse ear, muscle and other tissues.

Storage and Shelf life:

Part I of this kit should be stored at room temperature or 2-8℃.

 Reagents Buffer P1, Buffer P2, 6×DNA Loading Buffer can be stored for 12 months under dry conditions; if needed to be stored for a longer time, the reagents can be stored at 2-8℃.

Part II of this kit should be stored at -20℃.

 Reagents Buffer 2×Leaf PCR Easy^TM Mix, if used frequently, can also be stored at 4℃ for short-term storage (use up within 10 days).
