Description
Blood SuperDirectTM PCR Kit(UNG)-Heparin uses a unique PCR buffer system, without DNA extraction or sample processing, it can perform direct PCR with a whole blood sample as a template. EDTA, Heparin anticoagulated whole blood and blood collection cards (such as Whatman 903® and FTA® blood collection cards) can be directly used for PCR amplification and identification, which greatly shortens the detection time. The 2× SuperEasyTM Mix provided by this kit has strong inhibitor tolerance. The maximum amount of human blood used as a PCR template can be up to 45% of the PCR system and 20% of mouse blood, which can sensitively amplify blood samples. 2× SuperEasyTM Mix-Heparin Contains our company's unique Foregene D-Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, Taq Reaction Buffer, PCR reaction enhancer, optimizer and stabilizer.
2× SuperEasyTM Mix(UNG)-Heparin On the basis of 2×SuperEasyTM Mix-Heparin, dUTP was used instead of dTTP, and UNG enzyme (Uracil-N-glycosylase) that could degrade the dUTP template was added at the same time. Before the PCR reaction, the UNG enzyme is used to degrade the PCR product containing uracil. Limitation
-The amplified fragment is less than or equal to 1kb; if it exceeds 1kb, the amplification efficiency will decrease or the amplification will fail.
-If the PCR product is used for sequencing, it is recommended that the PCR product be purified first.
-The PCR product may have some mutations, if it is used for gene cloning, please be aware.

Kit composition information
- 2× SuperEasyTM Mix(UNG)-Heparin:On the basis of 2× SuperEasyTM Mix-Heparin, dUTP is used instead of dTTP, and the UNG enzyme that can degrade the dUTP template is added at the same time, which can effectively prevent the contamination of PCR amplification products. Contains the specially modified D-Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, reaction buffer, PCR reaction enhancer, optimizer and stabilizer, etc. In the PCR reaction, just add the appropriate anticoagulated whole blood, primers, and ddH2O to the corresponding 2× SuperEasyTM Mix(UNG)-Heparin to be used in the PCR reaction.
- 6× DNA Loading Buffer:The Loading Buffer does not contain SDS. It is recommended to use the 6× DNA Loading Buffer included with the kit when performing agarose gel electrophoresis in order to obtain good electrophoresis results. Do not use Loading Buffer containing SDS, otherwise there will be a large tail of bright light in the lane during electrophoresis, which will affect the experimental results.
