Foreasy RNase Inhibitor is a novel mouse RNA enzyme inhibitor expressed in escherichia coli engineering bacteria using gene recombination technology.The inhibitor inhibits RNase activity by non-competitive binding with Rnase1:1, thereby protecting the integrity of RNA, and can effectively inhibit the activity of RNaseA, B, C, but does not inhibit RNaseT1, T2, H, etc.The binding of RNaseInhibitor to RNase is reversible, and the complex can be dissociated by urea and sulfhydryl reagents to renaturate RNase while the inhibitor is irreversibly inactivated.This product has the same application as human placenta derived enzymes.ForeasyRNaseInhibitor has high stability, high heat stability in the use of reverse transcriptase (such as: Foreasy Reverse Transcriptase) reverse transcription system, keep highly active, inhibiting RNA enzymes.

ForeasyRNaseInhibitor requires at least 1mM of DTT to be active.The DTT content of this product is 8mM.
Foreasy RNase Inhibitor activity has a wide range of pH adaptation (active ph5-9), and the activity is the best at ph7-8.
Foreasy RNase Inhibitor is inactivated at 65°C and above.
