Fresh noodle is a kind of wet boiled noodle which is introduced from Japan. Its moisture is more than 60~70%. Fresh noodle is a new product in sushi dishes. High temperature sterilized and wet in pack, it looks shining, boiling resistant and taste more smooth than dried noodle.
