1). Drain the liquid and rinse 2 or 3 times with clear water.
2). Toss in hot water for 1 minute
3). Then it is ready for any following steps.
It is suitable for cool dishes. Cut some cucumber, carrot strips, some coriander; add soy sauce, vinegar, salt or any sauce and stir with cooked shirataki noodles. That’s finish! So easy! Like hot? Add wasabi paste. Everything is perfect!

Storage:
room temperature: 0 degree centigrade to 40 degree centigrade. Keep in cool and dry place; refrigerated once opened and use within three days; do not freeze!
