Arronia extract is a purple black fine powder extracted from Arronia fruits.
Aronia berry is a deciduous shrub genus in the Rosaceae family, native to eastern North America and most commonly found in damp forests and swamps. The iss genus is usually considered to contain two to three species, one of which has been naturalized in Europe. The fourth form, which has long been planted under the name Aronia berry, is now considered an intergeneric hybrid species, Sorbarnia mitschurini.
