Introduction
During metal sawing, the heat generated by the saw blade as it cuts the workpiece is transferred through the sawtooth to the sawdust, keeping the blade and workpiece cool. Cold cut saws are different from traditional friction saws. The friction between the workpiece and the friction saw blade results in high temperature of the friction saw and workpiece. The cold cutting saw has high section accuracy, no burrs inside and outside, smooth cutting surface, no need for post-processing such as flat head chamfering, reducing the processing strength of the next process, saving time and raw materials, and the workpiece will not be due to friction. Cutting efficiency, no spark, no noise, environmental protection and energy saving.
