LT Low Temperature Circulating Chiller Humanization Design
Description
1. Saving water, you could use water and ethylene glycol mixture liquid to do cooling circulation, closed circulation line design, avoid the pollution of circulating water, make the using time of circulating water be more longer.
6. Computer cascade type temperature controller, temperature digital display, adjust unit 0.1℃, PT100 temperature sensor, wide temperature range: -125℃ ~ -20℃.
7. Adopt cascade super cooling refrigeration technology, guarantee the stability of temperature under low temp. condition.
8. Start up or shut down compressor temperature difference could be set.
9. Environment temperature monitoring function, avoid over high temperature during system operating.
10. A variety of fault alarm: over-temperature alarm, sensor alarm, high pressure alarm, compressor over high temp. alarm, liquid position alarm.
11. Starting up delay protection, three levels cascade system protector.
12. All parts of low temperature cooling circulator safe connect ground.
13. Use totally closed design, there's no absorption of water vapor when under low temperature condition, make sure the purity of cold heat conduction medium, avoid ice crystal, provide heat conductive liquid working life.
14. High-performance circulating pump, could gurantee low temperature cooling circulator 24h/day operation continuously.
15. Adopt plate type cooling and heating exchanger, provide heat exchange efficiency.
