Working Principle

The motor drives the grinding plate rotation via reducer. Material enters through the feed inlet to the plate center while hot air enters from the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material toward the plate edge where it's crushed by grinding rollers in circular grooves. Crushed material is lifted by high-speed airflow at the wind ring, with large particles returning for regrinding. Material passing through the dynamic and static separator undergoes classification - coarse powder returns for regrinding while qualified fine powder exits with airflow to collection devices. Moisture content is controlled through contact with hot gases during processing.
