The motor drives the grinding plate rotation through the reducer. Material enters from the feed inlet and moves toward the plate edge via centrifugal force, where grinding rollers crush it in circular grooves. High-speed airflow lifts crushed material from the wind ring, with large particles returning for regrinding. The dynamic and static separator ensures only qualified fine powder exits with airflow to the collection system, while hot gases simultaneously dry materials to achieve required moisture levels.
