Operating Principle
The motor drives the grinding plate rotation via reducer. Material enters through the feed inlet to the plate center while hot air enters from the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material toward the plate edge where grinding rollers crush it in circular grooves. High-speed airflow lifts crushed material from the wind ring, with large particles returning for regrinding. Dynamic separator ensures only fine powder exits with airflow to collection system.
