High Yield 40t/H Vertical Coal Mill
Advanced vertical pre-grinding mill featuring high efficiency and significant energy savings for coal processing applications.
Product Overview
This innovative vertical pre-grinding mill utilizes three symmetrically rotating rollers operating under high pressure to shear, crush, and grind materials on the rotating grinding plate. Designed to work with existing ball mills, it creates efficient circulating pre-grinding, graded pre-grinding, and final grinding systems.
Working Principle
The motor drives the grinding plate rotation through the reducer while material enters centrally from the feed inlet. Simultaneously, hot air enters through the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material toward the grinding plate edge where it's crushed by grinding rollers. Crushed material is lifted by high-speed airflow at the wind ring, with large particles returning for re-grinding. The rotating rotor separator ensures only qualified fine powder exits with airflow to collection devices.
