The HVM gypsum vertical mill streamlines building gypsum powder production through an integrated process: beneficiation → crushing → grinding dehydration → aging → packaging. This advanced equipment performs grinding and dehydration simultaneously, completing dehydration in seconds for exceptional efficiency.
- Separator: Ensures product fineness with speed regulator, motor, reducer, housing, and air outlet
- Grinding Rollers: Core material rolling components with roller sleeve, roller core, shaft, and bearings
- Grinding Disc: Fixed on reducer output shaft with annular groove for material rolling
- Pressurization System: Provides grinding pressure via high-pressure oil station, hydraulic cylinder, pull rod, and accumulator
- Reducer: Controls speed reduction, transmits power, and drives grinding disc rotation
The motor drives the grinding disc via reducer while material enters through the feeding port. Hot air enters the grinding chamber, and centrifugal force moves material toward the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in the circular groove. Crushed material is carried upward by high-speed airflow, with large particles returning for regrinding. The dynamic separator ensures coarse powder returns for further processing while qualified fine powder collects as final product. Moisture control is achieved through contact with hot gases during processing.
