HVM2500 Vertical Roller Mill for Bentonite Powder Production 11-45 t/h Capacity 710 kW Motor
Vertical roller mill is an industrial grinder designed to process materials into extremely fine powder for applications in mineral dressing, paints, pyrotechnics, cements, and ceramics. As an energy-efficient alternative to traditional ball mills, this equipment delivers superior grinding performance with reduced power consumption.

- Material bed grinding technology with adjustable grinding pressure for precise control
- High powder selection efficiency with wide fineness adjustment range
- High single-machine output with low power consumption and wear
- Low noise operation and minimal negative pressure dust
- PLC-controlled automation for efficient operation management
The electric motor drives the grinding plate rotation through a reducer. Material enters through the feed port to the plate center while hot air flows in from the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material toward the plate edge, where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. High-speed airflow lifts crushed material from the plate edge, with larger particles falling back for regrinding. As materials pass through dynamic and static separators, coarse powder returns to the grinding plate while qualified fine powder exits with airflow to collection systems. Moisture content is reduced through contact with hot gas during processing.
