The HVM vertical mill is an advanced energy-saving milling solution designed for industrial applications requiring high output with minimal energy consumption. This integrated system combines drying, grinding, and powder selection processes into a single efficient unit.

The motor drives the grinding disc rotation through the reducer. Material enters through the feed inlet and moves to the disc edge via centrifugal force, where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. High-speed airflow carries crushed material, with coarse particles returning for regrinding while fine powder is collected as finished product. Hot gas simultaneously dries moisture-containing materials to achieve required product specifications.

Operating Parameters: Raw coal moisture <15%, Coal fineness R0.08=10%-15%, Pulverized coal moisture 1%-6%
