Processing Materials: Cement raw meal, clinker, power plant desulfurization limestone powder, slag powder, manganese ore, gypsum, coal, barite, calcite, bauxite, and other industrial minerals.
The motor drives the grinding disc through the reducer, with material fed to the disc center and hot air entering through the air inlet. Centrifugal force moves material to the disc edge where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. The dynamic separator classifies particles, returning coarse powder for re-grinding while qualified fine powder is collected. Moisture control is achieved through hot gas contact during processing.
