Industrial Applications
Suitable for power generation, metallurgy, cement production, chemical processing, and non-metallic mineral industries. Processes cement raw meal, clinker, limestone powder for desulfurization, slag powder, manganese ore, gypsum, coal, barite, calcite, bauxite, and various other materials.
Working Principle
The motor drives the grinding disc via a reducer. Material enters through the feed inlet and moves toward the disc edge via centrifugal force, where grinding rollers crush it in annular grooves. A dynamic separator classifies particles, returning coarse material for regrinding while collecting fine powder. Hot air simultaneously dries moisture-containing materials.
