Double Sided 2-Layer Rogers PCB built on 5mil RT/duroid 5880 Substrates with Immersion Gold

We’re glad to introduce a high-quality printed circuit board (PCB) offered by Bicheng Limited on May 22, 2023.

The PCB is made with top-of-the-line Rogers RT/duroid 5880 material and uses a lead-free process, making it an environmentally friendly option. It is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +85℃, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

The PCB has a base copper of 17um, a dielectric of 5mil, and another base copper of 17um, with a finished board thickness of 0.25 mm. It has a minimum trace/space of 5/5 mils and a minimum hole size of 16 mils. The finished Cu weight is 1 oz (1.4 mils) all layers, and the via plating thickness is 1 mil. The PCB uses immersion gold as a surface finish, providing excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance.

The board has a top silkscreen of white, and no bottom silkscreen or top/bottom solder mask. There is no silkscreen on solder pads, making it easy to use. The PCB has 16 components, 26 total pads, and 77 vias, with 100% electrical testing used to ensure maximum performance.

While impedance matching is not included, a panelized solder paste stencil is provided for the top sides, ensuring accurate and efficient soldering. The board has no blind or buried vias, making it easy to assemble.
