Double Sided Dual Layer Rogers PCB built on 20mil RO4003C High Frequency Substrates with Lead Free HASL

We’re glad to present a new launched RF PCB offered by Bicheng Limited.

This high-quality PCB is made with Rogers RO4003C material and uses a lead-free process, making it environmentally friendly. The PCB can operate in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +85℃, making it suitable for a range of applications.

The board features a base copper of 17um, a dielectric of 20mil, and another base copper of 17um, with a finished board thickness of 0.58 mm. The board dimensions are 70.00 x 50.00 mm, with two types and two pieces each, with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm. The PCB has a minimum trace/space of 5/7 mils and a minimum hole size of 15 mils. No blind or buried vias are present, which makes it easy to assemble, and 100% electrical testing is used to ensure maximum performance.

The finished Cu weight is 1 oz (1.4 mils) all layers, and the via plating thickness is 1 mil. The surface finish is lead-free HASL, providing excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The top solder mask is green, and there is no top or bottom silkscreen, making the board ideal for applications where discretion is required.

The PCB has 66 components, 97 total pads, and 84 vias, making it a highly versatile option for various electronic applications. While impedance matching is not included, a panelized solder paste stencil is provided for the top sides, ensuring accurate and efficient soldering. The PCB's panelization details follow the Greber standard.
