Product description
Molybdenum plates are formed by rolling the pressed and sintered molybdenum plates. Usually, 2-30mm-thick molybdenum is called molybdenum plate; 0.2-2mm-thick molybdenum is called molybdenum sheet; 0.2mm-thick molybdenum is called molybdenum foil. Molybdenum plates with different thicknesses need to be manufactured by rolling machines with different models.
The thinner molybdenum sheets and molybdenum foils have the better crimp property. When manufactured by a continuous rolling machine with tensile force and supplied in coils, molybdenum sheets and foils are called molybdenum strips.we can produce according to the width and thickness provided by the user, smooth surface, flat, no defects such as heavy skin, delamination, cracks, cracked edges, impurities entrapment. Thickness >0.7mm is supplied in hot-rolled condition, thickness <0.7 mm; supplied in cold-rolled condition

Features
The purity of molybdenum sheet is over 99.95%. The high-temperature rare-earth element added molybdenum sheet is also with high purity above 99%;
The density of molybdenum sheet is more than or equals to 10.1g/cm3;
The flatness is no more than 3%;
It has good performances of high strength, uniform internal organization and good resistance to high temperature creep;
The surface of molybdenum sheet may present silver gray metallic luster after chemical cleaning.
Tungsten foil from Achemetal is under vacuum annealing and leveling before delivery.
Our molybdenum sheet is approved by ASTM B 386-2003 and GB 3876-2007 and GB 3877-2006.

Package and Inspection:
We offer material composition sheet and examination report which include density, flaw detection, dimensions and so on. Our products are packed in plywood case with expanded plastic. And every molybdenum sheet is separated by water proof paper.
