Product Description
Tungsten boats and molybdenum boats are formed by processing high-quality tungsten sheets and molybdenum sheets. The plates have good thickness uniformity, and can resist to deformation and are easy to bend after vacuum annealing. Boats of our company feature stable resistance, high-temperature resistance, less chemical impurity pollution, accurate dimension, consistent surface colors, high firmness, difficult deformation and other advantages. Our company has machining centers as well as precision shearing machines, laser cutting, water cutting and large bending equipment, and can manufacture tungsten boats, molybdenum boats and alloy boats of different models according to customer requirements.
Molybdenum crucibles can be produced with sintering purposes (density of 9.8-10g/cc) or forging purposes (up to 10.2g/cc).
Customized shapes for Molybdenum crucibles are included, but are not limited to oval, tapered, bottomless, or round mouth.
Molybdenum Crucibles can be used in LED Sapphire Crystal Growing and Chemical industry.

Production Process
Features
1. Molybdenum trays are elaborately made from molybdenum plates with high quality;
2. It adopts over 99.95% high-class pure molybdenum as material;
3. Molybdenum shield is normally riveted and welded;
4. The maximum working temperature of molybdenum shield is 2400℃ and it shall be applied under vacuum and reducing atmosphere;
5. Our products are annealed.

Application
In sintering furnaces or thermal treatment furnaces, tungsten or molybdenum materials are required to be prepared into containers when the processed materials are powder or granules. Loaded boats can be designed in different shapes according to different shapes and ventilation conditions of the processed materials.
