1070 aluminum does not belong to aluminum alloy, it is pure aluminum. 1070 aluminum has the characteristics of high plasticity, corrosion resistance, good conductivity and thermal conductivity, but its strength is low, it is not strengthened by heat treatment, and its machinability is poor. It can accept contact welding and gas welding. 1070 aluminum can not be strengthened by heat treatment, but its strength can be improved by cold deformation. The only form of heat treatment is annealing. It is widely used in products with low strength requirements, such as chemical recycling instruments, thin plate processing parts, deep drawing or spinning concave vessels, welding parts, heat exchanger, clock surface and disk, nameplates, kitchenware, decorations, reflective appliances, etc.
