Color Coated Aluminum Coil Production Process:
The coating process is a key step in the production of color aluminum coil, which directly affects the final coating quality and product durability.Generally, the production process of coil coating has five steps, namely coil input, cleaning and chemical treatment, painting, curing and finished product output. The process layout and equipment composition are separate in different cases, but the basic parts are the same.
The input of raw material coil is the continuous uncoiling of Uncoiler to ensure the continuous and stable input of coil into the production line. Some adopt cross rotating beam coiler, and some adopt dual sets of alternating uncoilers at the front and back. In short, it is for timely coil supply;
Surface cleaning and chemical treatment is to clean the upper and lower surfaces of aluminum coil and carry out chemical pretreatment to ensure that the paint can be firmly attached;
For painting, one production line shall have at least two roller coaters to ensure two layers of finish paint and primer;
It refers to the curing of paint layer, which means that the coil just painted shall complete the fixed line before contacting the next roll surface to avoid mutual adhesion and damage.
