Aluminum alloy 2A12 has good forming properties in hot state, annealing state and new quenching state, but the heat treatment process requirements are strict. 2A12 aluminum tube has excellent machinability and good spot welding property. Corrosion resistance is poor, easy to produce cracks when welding. Used in aircraft structure, rivets, missile components, truck hub, propeller components and other structural components.
