Properties of 3105 Aluminum Coil:
3105 aluminum coil is a typical deep-drawing material with 98% pure aluminum and slight alloy additions for strength. Good rust resistance, 0.3% of copper is added to the 3105 aluminum coil, so the conductivity turns out to be 41%. Similarly, 3105 aluminum alloy coil is a non-heat-treated alloy, which is slightly stronger than the 1 series industrial pure aluminum, and uses cold working to improve mechanical properties. However, the formability of 3105 aluminum coil is amazing. No matter what type of temper, its forming characteristics are very good in all conventional processes. For its contents and processing technologies, the 3105 aluminum coil is light in weight and has a semi-smooth surface. Besides, it is not hardened by heat treatment.

3003 H14 Aluminum Coil VS 3105 H24 Aluminum Coil:
1) There are a couple differences between 3003 H14 and 3105 H24.
2) One of them is the brinell hardness: 3003 H14 has 42 BHN and 3105 H24 has 47 BHN.
3) Another difference is the fatigue strength: 3003 H14 has only 60 MPa, whereas 3105 H24 has 74 MPa.
4) In the alloy composition: 3003 H14 contains more Magnesium than 3105 H24. But 3105 H24 contains a little bit of Titanium, Chromium and Copper that 3003 H14 does not have.
5) In the mechanical property: 3105 H14 aluminum has a yield strength of 152 MPa and a tensile strength of 172 MPa; 3105 H24 aluminum has a yield strength of 152 MPa and ultimate tensile strength of 179 MPa.
