PreciseHeater is planning to take the lead in the industry by producing its own differentiated and high-quality products including PTFE heat exchangers, chemical in-line heaters, PTFE tanks, quick couplers, degassers, bead-less tubes, static mixers.
PTFE heat exchanger is designed for heating and cooling ultra pure (single ppt) and highly corrosive fluids.
PTFE heat exchangers have excellent corrosion resistant qualities, these products are available in a wide variety of capacities and sizes to meet virtually any type of process heating and cooling a highly corrosive and high purity fluids. The perfect tube sheet structure applying patented fusion-welding technology makes it possible to endure high temperature and pressure (maximum use temperature and pressure: 90°C@5Kg/Cm2G).
As the wetted surface of chemicals is structured PTFE solid, it causes no contamination. The efficiency lasts for a long time as the fouling phenomenon (in which foreign substances are generated and stacked up on the tube surface) seldom occurs.
The quality has been recognized after being supplied to ultra-pure (12N, single PPT grade) processes and electro grade chemical manufacturing processes.
In-line heaters are divided into two types: immersion and indirect. ID heaters are manufactured in indirect-method structures to safely heat up IPA, solvent, and other chemicals that have risks of explosion. Meanwhile, IM heaters usually used for SC-1, sulfuric acid, etc.
