RUGGED CONSTRUCTION: Heavy wall metal sheaths and screw plug available in steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel and titanium.
Structure of the screwed rod heaters:
The screwed rod heaters consist of three U-shaped, highly compressed tubular heating elements with a tube diameter of 12.7mm, that are soldered into a G2” threaded nipple.
CORROSION RESISTANT HEAD:
We supply the screwed rod heater
with a terminal cover (material: PP and Stainless steel 316
index of protection: IP 54).
CERTIFICATIONS: ISO9001,CE,UL and CSA
SIZES: 1000 watts to 12,000 watts.
VOLTAGES: 120 to 600 volts. Single phase standard, three phase available.
Tube Diameter:12.7mm Stardard, 8.5mm,9.5mm,11mm available
Screw Plug size:2'' thread standard,1-1/2'' thread available
