Product Overview

TD1545 is a multi-function instrument dedicated to the verification or calibration of DC electrical instruments. It is composed of DC voltage standard source, DC current standard source, DC small signal voltage source, DC measurement unit and so on. It has two specifications of 0.02/0.05. The instrument can not only verify conventional DC measuring instruments such as DC voltmeter / ammeter / power meter, but also verify DC shunt, direct access DC watt-hour meter and indirect access DC watt-hour meter.

Reference standard: GB/T 33708-2017< static DC watt-hour meter, JJG 842-2017< electronic DC watt-hour meter verification regulation (Tianheng measurement and control participate in drafting), suitable for all levels of measurement departments, manufacturers, DC watt-hour meter users as DC power / electric energy detection standards.

Main Application (0.02 class)

  • Verification or calibration of DC voltmeters and ammeters of class 0.05 and below

  • Verification or calibration of DC power meters of Class 0.1 and below

  • Verification of direct access DC watt-hour meters of Class 0.1 and below

  • Verification of a DC watt-hour meter connected to a shunt of Class 0.1 and below

  • Verification or calibration of DC shunt of Class 0.1 or less

  • Verification or calibration of 0.1 and below DC transmitters (selectors)

Functional Characteristics

  • DC voltage output: up to 1150 V, meet the requirements of 1 kV watt-hour meter 1.15 Un voltage test.

  • DC current output: up to 600 A, can be used as the current input of direct access DC watt-hour meter, or the current input of indirect access DC watt-hour meter with shunt.

  • DC small signal voltage output / measurement: up to ±4.4 V, output as indirect access DC watt-hour meter current input (corresponding to shunt voltage). The measuring end can be used to measure the secondary voltage of the shunt to detect its error.

  • The four-wire Kelvin connection between the low potential terminal and the wire can minimize the influence of thermoelectric potential or contact potential on electric energy measurement.

  • Value output mode: with standard source and output source two modes, convenient digital meter and pointer analog meter verification.

  • Value adjustment mode: with "fixed-point output, rotary encoder, step ratio" and other ways.

  • Data analysis function: electricity stability test, trend change curve, statistical analysis, etc.

  • Human-machine operation function: with large size LCD screen, visual display, touch + digital button convenient operation mode.

  • DC small signal measurement (optional): used to measure the secondary DC signal of the transmitter to detect its error.

  • Special software (options): support semi-automatic or automatic verification, data management and certificate export.
