Besthway food grade Glucoamylase is a multi-enzyme formulation combining glucoamylase and pullulanase, engineered to enhance fermentation efficiency and saccharification yield in beer brewing and food processing applications.

Product Functions
- Glucoamylase hydrolyzes α-1,4 glucosidic bonds from starch non-reducing ends to produce glucose, with slow hydrolysis of α-1,6 glycosidic bonds
- Pullulanase efficiently hydrolyzes α-1,6-D-glycosidic bonds in liquefied starch, working synergistically with glucoamylase to accelerate reaction speed and increase glucose content
- Suitable for fermentation processes including antibiotics, organic acids, amino acids, and vitamins using glucose as fermentation medium
- Catalyzes starch hydrolysis for beer, wine, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, antibiotics, glucose, caramel, and dextrin production
Application Guidelines
- Saccharification: Recommended dosage 0.04-0.1% of starch dry weight
- Fermentation: Recommended dosage 20-50g/T (add enzyme solution after pH adjustment if required)
- Optimum dosage determined through experimental testing based on specific process requirements

Store in dry, ventilated, light-protected environment at 25℃. Shelf life: 18 months (solid), 12 months (liquid). Refrigeration at 5℃ extends shelf life.
Safety Notes
- Reseal bags/barrels immediately after opening to prevent moisture and contamination
- Avoid inhalation; if inhaled, rinse mouth with water for at least 15 minutes
- Enzyme-sensitive individuals should wear protective overalls, dust masks, and gloves
- In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes
